I’m an attorney. It is 100% frowned upon for attorneys to lay out evidence to the press. In fact, it could potentially ruin the evidence, and cause it to be thrown out.
So why would Giuliani lay out his case to Joe Blow from CNN? The case gets laid out before a Judge. Period.
Of course, the media heard “Giuliani has no case.” Clown show.
The MSM and Socialist media are both owned by or are the actual members of the NWO. They don't care about anything except pushing their propaganda and views to achieve their own goals. Anything else is not worthy of their attention and is just a distraction to them.
The true press is everyone they block on social media.
Please tell me what possible purpose they could have for keeping that evidence to themselves and waiting weeks to file these cases?
Regarding the Evidence:
Evidence is between the attorneys and the court. Not the attorneys and the media.
Evidence can be “spoiled” if made public.
Regarding the Waiting:
It is nearly impossible to allege fraud if a vote has not been certified. Certification means the state approved of the fraud. Without the cert, there is no “accepted” fraud.
Many states have stalled their counts - making a final number unavailable these past few weeks. Again, no fraud exists if there isn’t a final number.
The lawsuits we have had, and have won, regarded blocking certification and demanding recounts.
So, the road forward is:
Wait for a state to finalize the vote.
Sue that state on the basis of voting fraud.
Muddy the waters enough for the vote to be deemed illegitimate.
Force a new election with new rules, or have the state electors decide who they will cast their ballots for.
Thanks for this. I didn't know the part about there being no fraud until the vote is certified - but it makes total sense in hindsight as one could just argue that the board of elections would have not certified a fraudulent vote, or something like that.

so in theory... could states just hold off certifying the votes till like 2 hours before the deadline, then just certify it really quick making it too late to pass a lawsuit?
Also, send people to jail. Time for election cheats to declare President Trump the winner by clearing out the fraud. Trump has two obvious paths to victory. The states clean it up and declare the fraud less winner, or they certify a bad election and face the hammer that the voting machines were tricked out. The first way is easier, the second road will likely be “no quarter “ as people involved will be pursued for prosecution.
It will taint the evidence, the judge and ESPECIALLY any future jury.

I was glued to every minute of it. You’d think people who have never heard this stuff before would be more interested. Then again half the country has w ten second attention span.
To be fair, a lot of people on this forum apparently didn’t hear that very clearly either, or just choose not to believe it.

Everyone should be personally invested in the outcome of this, unless you are 90 years old with no kids or other family, what happens in the next couple months will mean the difference between a great future or a dark one.
With that in mind, it’s easy to be overwhelmed by the massive psyop coming from all angles - oftentimes from individuals who were thought to be staunch allies. Everyone needs to understand, and remind themselves as often as necessary, that the propaganda is only going to get louder as the dam of fraud continues to crack. The fraud is a house of cards and they are all in to defend it. Trillions of dollars in graft and corruption are at stake.
