If you want to spend 2+ hours doing body resistance exercises go for it... I'm taking my ass to the gym to get it done in 30. I have select subs I like on reddit namely things like r/narcofootage and r/combatfootage just because it's so diverse and you can learn a shit ton by just lurking.
