Tucker spoke favorably about Giuliani's statements and the evidence and affidavits he has provided. He pointed out that there are conspiracies operating in plain sight that we're told not to talk about (though he could have made the point better by bringing up Epstein rather than UFOs). He pointed out that Sidney Powell hasn't released much evidence for her claims about the bigger picture, which she hasn't. We've all seen enough to have a good idea of what's going on, but a lot of normies don't. The idea of a vast conspiratorial cabal rigging elections, controlling our media, censoring dissenting voices, engaging in pedophilic blackmail, starting wars, ripping us off through our central bank - this is too big for most people to process all at once.
The left is going to have a lot of pain to process when they realize how much they've been lied to and taken advantage of. They are emotional creatures who will need to go through the normal stages of processing their pain like denial and anger. Tucker's temporary denial of Sidney Powell is there to give the normies in the middle, people who are less politically aware, and those just waking up a chance to move through denial. They'll think it's all just a conspiracy theory when they see the headline that even Tucker Carlson has his doubts. Some will even watch his show just to hear him say it, and realize that the affidavits and other evidence he did acknowledge are still significant, moving them on to anger. It will also likely bait the MSM into talking about the accusations more than they otherwise would have.
This was likely a move to pull the MSM and leftists into talking about the voter fraud. Trump has had to tell small lies in the past to trick the media into talking about bigger truths (remember when he misquoted crime stats in 2016 to trick the media into reporting the actual stats?). Tucker is doing the same to ensure the conversation moves where it needs to go. That said, this is a move to get people who don't yet know what's going on to watch Tucker, not a move for those of you that already know what's happening. Most of you don't need Tucker anymore, so feel free not to watch him. But take advantage of anyone on the other side or in the middle posting or talking about this as an opportunity to spread the actual evidence of voter fraud.
