The PedeInspector analysis and others demonstrate vote swapping based upon the NYT’s time series sampling of the Edison data stream. Edison seems like a data aggregation service for media outlets to have some timely data, however distinct from the official counts the states themselves watch and officially certify.

What’s the chain of custody from a voting precinct (e.g. in MI) to the tally reflected in the NYT’s data?

How does that system work?

Depending on what comes out with dominion servers, the counts might get sent offshore before they are reported back.
