I can’t believe a globally renowned lawyer declined to go on (basically) a gossip show and spill the beans on confidential evidence that’s vital to potentially the biggest court case of the century to a guy who allowed Fed Ex to lose supposedly earth-shattering evidence about a person he magically decided to stop talking about a day or two later...because reasons. What is she worried about?

Keeping the public (us) informed is important but it must not be confused with this silly notion that the Court of Public Opinion overseen by Media Gatekeepers holds sway over our Constitutional Process.
Perhaps is journalists actually did their own footwork and dug into things they could work independently on their own tracks and help all of us get to the truth.
But instead, these "journalists" wish to have it all handed to them on a platter.
