In March I cancelled my Amazon account and I now purchase things through eBay. I even bought unopened corn starch off eBay. I would rather pay a dollar extra and have my package a day late than give Jeff Bezos any money. I know it’s not much but hey it’s my version of “be the change you want to see in the world”
I started doing the same thing. Problem is 90% of the stuff I order on ebay is shipped usps. Which means it's a total crap shoot when it shows up. I've had packages go from california to detroit In a day. The spend three weeks at the detroit post office.
Its sad, the amount of places out of business in Victoria, Australia is horrible, also the people out of work with little hope of getting employment in the next 6 months. Fuck China.
