Including one of our two global rivals, and the two area's where the bulk of our counter-terrorism operations take place? I for one can't possibly imagine why one of the largest hubs of data in the entire world used by numerous enemies and rivals to the US would be of interest to an organization who's stated organizational goals are to monitor and influence enemies and rivals of the US for the benefit of the US interests...
