The 17 bellwether counties being almost all reliable for decades and this year it was all of 3 or 1 that was "right". Some counties with more votes than registered voters.

So, maybe no eyewitness proof of the software manipulation, but the software was capable of it, and the actions to cover the counting activities plus the statistically improbable results are there. So the legislatures have to take back their right to decide.
