I've read a lot of affidavits, which is evidence.
He implied, quite intentionally, that they have no valid case because there has been no evidence presented. It was not an impartial position. I did watch it. He was out out by their response to his producers. He was acting like a diva, not a journalist.
What I got was they have no valid case UNTIL they present evidence. Everyone is impatient. But like she said, this isn't a Law and Order episode. What I got was a 'put up or shut up' sort of taunt.
