5128 Ramsland Jr.'s affidavit: Looking at the vote count with decimal places enabled, the Dominion machines were giving out percentages of a vote. Only way this happens is if the "Ranked Choice Voting Algorithm" is enabled, which allows an operator to select a winner before the count starts. Smoking Gun!
