I really don't understand how they can say shit like this with a straight face. They seem to be the only ones who can hear these "dog-whistles". Lowered standards for someone based on skin-tone is racist in and of itself and only brings resentment and reduces quantative metrics when someone is promoted/hired based on race, sex, attractiveness, nepotism, or anything else not based on ability.
