Reddit is such a fucking cesspool, and it's not just related to politics or news. I remember these self righteous psychos on scuba diving and supplement forums ruining my hope for humanity on a regular basis.

Went back to check out updates for a videogame. Mods took down an edgy meme I posted. Tried to fight it, because it didnt break any of the rules. They didnt care. A week later tried to upload a piece of fan art. Tame, non-controversial, game related art... it got taken down. Looked up the mods that were targeting me. Theyremods on r/cnn, r/msnbc, r/politics... a little digging found they were all in their late 30s or 40s and half their posts were asking people to play games with them lol.

Reddit is shit.

I left reddit when they started dishing out warnings for updoots.

I updooted like crazy till I received my no-no think trophy, dished out all my medals (reddit gave me for free) trolled away some of my social credit score, and I never looked back.

I barely ever go on reddit unless someone links am article there. I used to only go there for /r/theDonald.

I go on Reddit to down vote for 5 minutes then leave.
