I read through the Gorsuch opinion on firing based on homosexuality or transgenderness. My thoughts:
Anything involving the Civil Rights Act is going to be inherently contradictory and insane. It's telling employers who they can or can't fire based on perception of what motivated the firing. So, so stupid and subjective.
Gorsuch's opinion makes some sense if you've got law books crammed up your ass. He's saying that since you can't fire based on biological "sex", and because gayness and tranniness are intrinsically linked to sex, gay/trans fall under Civil Rights protection.
This is stupid for anyone thinking in symbolic logic. Firing for gay/tranniness is not firing because of any specific gender. It is firing because of the actions taken based on whatever the gender is. If a man or woman sleeps with the same sex, that is gayness. Either could be fired. There is no discrimination. Likewise cutting off your sex organs can occur with either a man of woman. Man and women get treated the same way if they choose to mutilate themselves.
You could argue that if a gay man were a woman then no problem would exist (since she would then sleep with men), so therefore he is being "punished" for being the wrong sex. However, this leaves out his "gayness" from the equation. If only his sex were changed, he would still be homosexual, meaning as a women, "he" would now desire women not men.

In the bluest California counties and mail-in ballots, Biden did not exceed around 75% vote share. The pre-test probability for these late election night dumps should be similar in proportion to ballots counted earlier (depending on if they were county ballot dumps or mail-in ballot dumps).
