So "cybercriminals in Russia" have no way to get voter data that is publicly accessible in the U.S., unless some devilish U.S. pede buys it and gives it to them. Got it.
they actually didn't call us cybercriminals, they just said we got the info and it ended up with cyber criminals but its a fun meme
