Thanks. The article is actually saying that Raidforums, not TD.win, is a cybercriminals forums. It is also an awesomely stupid article. My favorite passage:

So "cybercriminals in Russia" have no way to get voter data that is publicly accessible in the U.S., unless some devilish U.S. pede buys it and gives it to them. Got it.
