Sorry, but I think you might have misread. The information was made public here and then used by people on the deep web. It's not his fault, it's just what happened.
That doesn't matter. Even if the information cost $1million that's still publicly available information.
Something tells me, if the swamp gets their way, the information WILL cost $1 million in four years. The reason there's a price in the first place is to prevent public from seeing it.
