But you need a person to be named in an allegation, and only then it becomes defamation? Lawyer pedes pls help out. Is there a case if bunch of anons are called criminals?

Since u/bear__aware is an citizen who legally bought the data, his actual identity is saved during the buying of the data. Therefore he is not an anon when he made the transaction, only an anon on TDW. It all depend on whether he chooses to sue or not. We can fund his case or be witness or something idk, we need a lawyer now lol.
