The second Kraken is the DNI report mandated to be completed within 45 days of the election by the 2018 EO - and the state of emergency that is still in effect that allows for all kinds of interesting things to be done, such as seizing/freezing all assets of organizations that participated in the voter fraud (foreign and domestic).

Yes, 45 days would take the report beyond the Dec. 14th electoral college deadline.
Does that report have to take 45 days, or could it be completed sooner?
Does the results of a national security assessment on the interference in our election by foreign powers override the electoral college vote deadline?
My guess is it should not require the full 45 days to complete. That is probably the simplest answer (I have no idea whether the Dec. 14 deadline or the state of emergency report would take precedence).
