The votes were counted by the exact same people that committed the fraud in the first place. No meaningful observation allowed. Rumors say that they were ordered to report back the exact same numbers they reported the first time.
They didn't do an actual audit, just recounted some of the bullshit ballots over again. They cherry picked a few places to "audit" that they knew wouldn't trigger any alarm bells. The whole thing was a farce.

If there was vote flipping AND ballots were fed back through the machine, the same code could be resident. I find it unlikely. If there was a hand recount, and a lot of vote flipping, the initial count and match would be way, way, off. I do not at this time believe the problem with Georigia, and likely some other states, is a result of vote flipping. The problem is invalid ballots, and there was no audit.
As I understand it, they had the biggest discrepancies in Georgia history on this recount. I read somewhere that the most votes a recount ever changed in Georgia before was around 400 votes total. You would think that would mandate they look further.

There were some 6K votes I heard that Trump gained, because of ballots that were not tabulated the first time around. I dont see how vote flipping could have occurred without hand recount numbers being way of an inexplicable.
They may have done vote flipping, but they definitely have all the ballots now they need to match the numbers they reported on nov 4th and 5th. Even in other states where vote flipping may have occurred, they would be smart enough to bring in the paper ballots after the fact to get close to the number they need.
They printed ballots. There are reports of boxes of printed ballots with just Biden filled in.
