So wait, did I hear that right.. "not going to change the outcome" and they are NOT planning on issuing subpoenas?

spez: I am listening at work and someone walked in so I missed the full answer on the subpoena question.

Subpoenas: No he didn't say either planning or not-planning to issue. But IMO from reading his tone defending them as a legitimate tool, I think they will use subpoenas.

You heard that right, but it's now moving the overton window. We're now going to move media discourse to, "Yes, there was widespread voter fraud, but not enough to overturn the election." In a couple of weeks that will then be "Yes, there was widespread voter fraud, and it was massive!"

The statement was"if it is not going to change the outcome " in reference to dominions position. That is, if it's not going to change the outcome, why wouldn't dominion WANT to speak out? The answer is they're guilty.

Thanks for the clarification... I wasn't able to hear the full context.

He said no comment on subpoenas, didn't say any were coming but didn't rule them out either.

He did say that it won't affect the election

Certainly sounds to me like they'll be issuing subpoenas.

I think people are mishearing the "not going to change the outcome." The guy is saying, if it's not going to change the outcome, what are they hiding from? Basically.

Thanks!

I only heard a couple snippets of that bit and wanted to make sure I heard it right. Glad it seems like I didn't.
