Sidney has spent quite a bit of time with General Flynn, previous Director of Defense Intelligence Agency and previous National Security Advisor. She may have had a few conversations with him regarding why Obama fired him. Though I am sure she would not share that with Tucker if he asked.
The DIA has a bigger information network than the CIA and stricter hiring policies (military men) mean the CIA has a harder time getting double agents into the DIA than vice-versa, which means tighter information control. Most likely given Trump's recent direct assumption of control over DoD chains of command I really doubt that the CIA has anything at this point.
