You don't have to speculate, can confirm. When I was in the agency was running their own predator/reaper programs. Systems were identical to AF platforms only being operated by their own personnel. This is hardly a human intelligence asset.
95% of their investments were bought after WW2 for pennies! This group is huge and powerful and is only managed out of Washington.... it may be so large that it’s internal assets are acting and pressuring operations.... the problem is it’s secrecy! There is not really any level of oversight given most of its operation is considered CLASSIFIED. I’m sure even internally activities are segmented and classified.... It can easily go Rogue and I think they have!
