Dallas native here. Tarrant county is Ft. Worth - Pretty large presence of old money democrats there (the elites) - I even personally know people in Ft. Worth that have hosted the Clintons at their house. That said, there are so many down-to-earth, honest, hard working people in the city I have a hard time believing that Tarrant county really went this blue, especially above and beyond Hillary.
To be honest, even without smartmatic scam artists on the board, I wouldn’t be surprised about Fort Worth turning blue. Californians are moving here in droves 🙄. Dallas and Austin are getting really expensive, so I guess the leeches are coming here now to ruin real estate prices and our political climate.
