For the number of people who actually deserves that “ride”? No. Not even close. Would need many more than we have.
All these rides are going to need increase in pilots, ground crew, maintenance, logistics people, door pushers...

The army has 1800 cargo helicopters. If we assume each cargo helo can carry 5 communists, and it takes 10 minutes to load and deploy said communists, that gives us a rate of 90,000 commies/hour. I feel like we could take care of the problem in a few days of honest effort.
