He is correct. The Georgia recount proved impropriety in election officials, NOT DOMINION VOTE SWITCHING.

Would you like to make a coherent counter argument to change other views?

2
marsajane1949 2 points ago +2 / -0

same reply for you as well - how are they getting that if the recount had the illegal and legal votes counted? you need to take out all the ballots they rushed and added illegally before you could come to the conclusion about what the dominion software did and didn't do. Take out the illegal ballots first, until you do that and compare the numbers, there is no way to know everything Dominion did with vote switching or what the Dominion techs in each of these cities was doing to make the paper trial match the digital trail.. NO ONE CAN SAY ANYTHING FOR SURE UNTIL THEY REMOVE THE ILLEGAL BALLOTS AND THEN RECOUNT!'

YorakHunt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

It is much easier and faster to get illegal votes audited or not certify the vote by bringing statistics and signature verification to court. It is a sure legal path. That should have been done already!

2
bellcurvestrikesback 2 points ago +2 / -0

He is correct. Dominion theory relies on a disparity between hand and electronic counts

So Barnes's big claim to fame is that he represented Wesley Snipes who ended up pleading guilty to tax evasion. And we should consider him an authority on Sidney Powell and matters of election fraud. Can you tell me why?

3
YorakHunt [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

And years of civil rights and constitution litigation. Big relevant one is Ralph Nader.

k3k4p3d3 4 points ago +4 / -0

I think if you keep relying on other people to tell you their version of what happened then you might not ever hear or see the truth. Funny how MSM is bringing Q conspiracies into the picture over and over. Usually what they say is the opposite. This logic confirms things as opposed to refuting them.

3
YorakHunt [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

He was working for the campaign for saw some of the "evidence" himself. Do you have evidence to support your position or is it just trust the plan?

2
k3k4p3d3 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don’t have a position other than, look for yourself. Nothing can be trusted 100% most individuals act for themselves primarily; listening to survival instinct. In reality regarding this, we can be very worried that what they might have as evidence is going to cause massive problems no matter what. Always look at the other hand when one is distracting you.

2
YorakHunt [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I agree with that. What is see right now is the campaign taken over by Sidney Powell, who has systematically purged others from it who disagree with what she has. Why can the campaign not run 2 strategies at once? Why lay all your eggs in one basket, when the evidence for ballot fraud and stuffing is more concrete and damning?

Barnes called out the issues in Kyle case, also in how Amy was pushed by Romney establishment part of GOP and will side with Roberts. Barnes is the real deal, just like many here was a dem his life and switched to trump when he saw all the crime on the left, in his podcasts he breaks down how Spygate worked, how Sally Yates is totally corrupt and how they stay out of jail.

Barnes is not to be taken lightly, he knows tons of shit about how the system works, he is a walking encyclopedia of law and has 30+ years watching crime In WA behind the scenes

Deplora 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don't believe that Sidney is making stuff up or exaggerating or getting suckered by "the Q world." However, it's certainly possible that the Dominion machines/software issue is too complex to get the necessary court rulings in the short available time frame. But that's certainly not the only avenue that Trump's attorneys are actively pursuing.

1
YorakHunt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yet all the election lawyers are now pushed out, meaning all the other avenues are now going to be done half-assed. Why is that?

If Kraken was really a reference to the NCIS supercomputer, they are processing it all as we pretend to know anything. Over 1,000 teraflops can net you a lot of data.

I like reading stuff like this even if I disagree with it, one can always gain information.

Maybe he’s right, but he’s not involved in the suits so it’s more likely he doesn’t have as much information as he thinks he does. Also, his ultimate argument is to not underestimate people’s egos and references a character from a fairytale, is he a reddit mod? What about his ego, is he not subject to the scrutiny he accuses others of?

Maybe he’s right, maybe he’s wrong, who knows? What we do know is that he’s not part of it and is armchair lawyering, like when you’re putting a deck on your house and your neighbors all stop by to tell you how they would do it and why that’s better.

1
YorakHunt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

He was working for the campaign for 2 weeks at the President's request. Left yesterday because the election lawyers have been frozen out.

1
Roadrash 1 point ago +1 / -0

Point still stands that he doesn’t know everything. Sure, he’s got a professional opinion of it, but what is his extent of specific knowledge in this campaigns game plan. He was most likely compartmentalized to handle very specific aspects.

When viewing this strictly as an election lawsuit I have always had great reservation, just like Barnes, because there just doesn’t seem to be anywhere near enough time to settle it. It took an incredible amount of time to settle 3 counties from 1 state in Bush v. Gore, any reasonable person would ask, “how can they possibly resolve 6 entire states in the same time period?” That’s why it puts my radar up that this plays out so much differently than anything anyone has seen before. The times are unprecedented, don’t see how a run of the mill election lawsuit settles it.

1
YorakHunt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I would assume that he would be given the overall strategy of campaign, but won't have oversight into every department.

The concern I have is that the election lawyers who want to focus on the hard ballots are all purged from the team. Georgia could've swung back to Trump already if they went after signature verification right away. This would bring the much need momentum to start flipping the other states and add steel to the spines of GOP state legislatures.

1
Roadrash 1 point ago +1 / -0

Do you really think it makes sense that all they needed to do was to file some type of litigation to match signatures and they are so inept that they didn’t realize that? I’m not trying to be a dick and argue with you, just talking, either one of us could be right or wrong.

The Secretary’s of State and Gov’s in these states are straight up ignoring court orders (PA ignoring two orders from Alito weeks ago is a perfect example). Every piece of information one can gain from watching these politicians actions regarding the election is screaming that this is not some conventional situation of disputing votes.

Court orders being sent to people that feel they’re above the law is pointless because there is no enforcement mechanism.

1
YorakHunt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

In this case I do, because signature verification wasn't even included in the GA and PA lawsuit until this week. The initially lawsuits focused only on election official improprieties and lack of meaningful access.

I am aware of what officials in PA did, but I am specifically talking about GA. the SOS is a cuck and won't blatantly ignore court orders like PA. Turning GA will be then be the foundation and precedent to take on the other swing states.

He was working for the campaign and pushed heavily on signature verification and statistics abnormality in court. It was brought up in older posts.

I think the problem is they did vote switching but not in Georgia, In MI and WI it looks like they used it, in Georgia I would search signature verification. i think dominion was a very last resort to add votes. because if they did add votes it wouldn't match the fake and real votes they just counted.

1
YorakHunt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I agree there was vote switching done in MI and WI, but you are looking at 100,000s of ballot dumped that are clearly fraudulent, and can be overturned much quicker and easier using concrete evidence. The side that wants to focus on verification and statistics in the legal team is being purged.

Robert Barnes is correct as usual. We need him not Sidney or Lin who have turned into hucksters

I back this 100%, it's become syndey and the kraken show and feels basically like Q 2.0. We don't have time for games.

2
YorakHunt [S] 2 points ago +5 / -3

I am extremely worried that all the election lawyers like him have discarded. Why can't the campaign run a 2 prong strategy instead of focusing purely on Kraken?

1
heyhay83 1 point ago +2 / -1

Because they won't work. I really don't think anything will come out of any of this to be honest. Never underestimate a lawyers willingness to grandstand for the spotlight Even if this all true which some I'm sure some of it is we know the system is broken and most likely nothing will get done. This is probably going to hurt Trump's 2024 push if that is what's next. I hope I'm wrong but we have been let down too many times before to not have a guarded feeling about this.
