A caller on The Chris Plante Show (WMAL, Washington, DC, for three hours before Rush) just stated that Dominion and Smartmatic are in a lawsuit over work they did together. So they have already lied in their non-denial denial. Not clear who's suiting whom.
The lawsuit comes up in a search (2012), but the document has been scrubbed off of the Smartmatic site.
