From an IT perspective. Saying there are "lines" into the server from foreign nations is extremely vague. I need details from an IT expert. Was there an API allowing foreign systems in to muck with data? Was it simply a log showing foreign IPs hitting the web server? I mean it cant get more vague then this. Regardless, the fact the servers are real and they handle our election data overseas is enough for me to go 1776 on the deepstate.

I would imagine "lines" equals 4 connections transferring data or at least pulling or putting data. They should have time stamps of connections from a specific source address, over specific ports, and when connections were severed if ever.
