I've been in contact with Chester County voter services and they have been helpful and responsive so want to mention they have been excellent but cant go into legal advice. PA GOP - what a bunch of cowards and not wasting my time

Does anyone know who I and three others need to contact to get our assertion of fraud or error into the Chester County common pleas court? The down ballot counts and the mail in ballot request per party affiliation are not adding up!
