I tried looking him up, there's numerous searches available for Wisconsin inmates. He's charged in Kenosha so my guess is he's in a juvie detention center that covers that area, there a few spread throughout Wisconsin. Since he's technically a juvie, if he's there, it might not be possible to search for him. I'm on my mobil now, I was having difficulty with the searches. They probably work better on a pc.
