He used himself as the plaintiff in a equal rights case, 14th Amendment. Most real attorneys know that any equal rights case that you do NOT name yourself as the plaintiff, unless and on unless you include another citizen or several citizen that claim harm and include et. al. with deposition. I don’t know him or know if he is on Trumps team, however I would never use him. He file briefs like an ambulance chaser.
