This clever young man has used PA's own OpenData to prove ballot fraud on what I would describe as "widespread" scale. He was cut off after 1 million so he has about a third of the data. With a third he has shown that about 11,000 where receive filled out by the government ON THE SAME DAY they were mailed! Then over 8000 approved, mailed out, receive by the voter, filled out by the voter and received back by the government ON THE SAME DAY! Then those 7403 that were filled out and received back by the government BEFORE the government mailed them out!!!!! As the young man says: If anyone is able to make sense of these numbers without saying it is fraud please let him know.
