I live in California and every year there are tons of propositions that greatly expand spending and taxation., or establish new agencies. The props don't all pass but many do. How do we know they're legit? Its getting real bad here.

I just made this same comment on another post about auditing all of the down ballot elections.
I also live in California and I’m suspicious of a few of these propositions. Even more so, past propositions. $1 Billion for the homeless (with no results years later. Homelessness actually got worse), Billions for that Fast Train to nowhere.
If they can steal our money through the vote (and they can) they will.
They're gonna reassess property taxes if I leave my properties to my kids. That is fucked
None of them are. California is completely corrupt and has been that way since after Reagan.
I suspect this dominion thing will affect ca as well as everywhere else
