First off, let's not accuse Lazarevic of doing anything until hard facts confirm he is complicit in a fraud. Let's be better then the left who is so quick to cast judgment.

With that said, something is very suspicious with him. Following that trail laid out by Jess.

I dug a little deeper and found this publication here by Lazarevic. https://www-users.cs.umn.edu/~lazar027/papers/kdd_01.pdf

This basically explains how small CPU's could talk to each other and analyze huge amounts of data to make predictions about the data in real time. This algorithm is exactly what a voting machine would need to process voting data and make intelligent decisions to adjust the votes. Furthermore, this was published in 2001, DVS was founded in 2002.

This article was co-published with Zoran Obradovic. If you look him up, aside from being a very accomplished Data Analytics Professor at Temple, he is also a Foreign Academician at the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts. Yes that's Serbia (where the DVS has linked developers to). While he has no linkedin profile, googling him shows an old profile that states "VP of Dominion Voting Systems". :() Also Zoran ran this twitter account here https://twitter.com/abtsrbi where he shows clear interest in politics and opposing views of Trump.

This is crazy, you can't make this shit up.

Edit. Further research shows Goran Obradovic is the VP of DVS. So if someone can help link Zoran to Goran (show they are related), that would be so YUGE!

This is every machine leaning algorithm at some level of scale (GPUs used often are really many tiny cpus, for example). Not saying I wouldn’t hire the dude to steal an election or w/e though lol
