I don't think it'll be that simple. The court's can't decide who is the proper winner. They decide on what metric to use TO decide the winner. So what the Supreme Court could do, is throw out the elections in multiple states, and the election gets thrown out, and then the constitution says that state legislators vote.
IF the state law on selecting electors has a provision for what to do in case of all the ballots being spoiled(In case of a failed or spoiled vote... chose the electors pledged to the candidate who is the most orange in hue, etc) they could.
