Biden won't get to 270 by the December deadline. It'll go to SCOTUS and then the House for a vote. Trump will be re-elected, but not without the country going up in flames with riots for a few weeks. Then things will calm down and the left will have to deal with a 2nd Trump term (twitter.com)

“tie” is any scenario where no one gets to 270. SCOTUS will be needed to make that happen, then the house delegates vote.
