This can be done. It really only requires each county to adopt resolutions that state they wish to withdraw from their respective states and join a new state.
Each state legislature has to approve it, which they won't but that's a good thing!
The reason is immediately upon denying the people the right to create a new state there is a federal constitutional infringement claim that can be made to the SCOTUS.
It has to get that far first so there is standing to sue.
Gotta take over humboldt county. Cannabis, water, beef and firearms will our states major exports and well crush. Gotta have a port to be taken seriously. Otherwise you’re just another Nebraska.
Get rid of all the illegals/cartel growing in the national forests. And all the libs in Eureka/Arcata. And all the junkies. And all the smelly moldy do-nothing hippies. And the leaky abandoned nuclear power plant.
I don’t know about existing leaks, but the power plant has undergone significant structural repairs and changes over the last few years.
In fact, I was told PGE islanded the area so they wouldn’t have to be shut down with the rest of the state during fires (after the first time). The power plant provided electricity to the surrounding area during the shut offs.
Make all the people in remaining Oregon wear this state shape in a belt buckle. This way they are reminded when ever they sit down who they are messing with.
