Our former voting machines were just fine. Enter card to activate the machine, vote, submit, return card as you walk out. Votes downloaded from the inner memory card.
The dominion machines have an extra step where you vote on the machine, it prints your choices with a bar code at the top, then you feed into a big scanner machine where I assume my vote was changed by the algorithm.
It all stinks to high heaven.
Neither system is any good, but there was truly no point in wasting the taxpayer's money on a system that benefited only corrupt cheaters. We need to get our money back from these perps. They can do latrine duty in Gitmo for the rest of their lives as part of their restitution.
