A) People move to a new state, and a vote in their previous state of residence is cast in their name. Braynard claims that these numbers are MINIMUMS and includes only cases in which he can cross-reference the voter data.

B) Voters claiming "indefinitely confined" status in Wisconsin increased by 35 TIMES for 2020. This status makes you EXEMPT from Voter ID Laws. CANNOT use fear of COVID as an excuse, and using that excuse to justify the status would be voter fraud.
