I recently bought a body pillow and premium pillow from My Pillow.
Body pillow fill could use work (maybe more dryer time needed) but the premium pillow is working really nicely
I bet if you called or wrote an email the customer service and attention you were given would be out of this world.
I'm not too concerned; body pillow was on sale for $30 and is fluffier overall than my old body pillow, and they usually cost a lot more, ya know?
