Part of their objective is to sow discord and division.
There are instances where innocent minorities are killed or injured; usually as part of a no knock warrant.
However, if they put a story like that in the press everyone will support the outcry and their goal is not to end the problems that they are creating.
The goal is division and that requires one group rioting on behalf of a terrible representative.
They pick criminals resisting arrest so that regular law abiding citizens will not agree with the calls for reform.
