I have one and it is glorious. I am an elder Pede, and have slept on a LOT of pillows in my life. Mike's pillow is the best. Hands down.

Yea, the dense ones are key as they retain shape a little better, also toss them in the dryer from time to time. Once I got one of the dense ones my neck/upper back pain went away entirely, love em.
Yea I couldn't find it on their website, kinda stupid, it's probably there somewhere so I emailed them:

I got the loose filled one and my wife got the dense one. I def prefer mine. I can shape it any way I want to depending on how I’m sitting or laying down
You can't with the dense one? The loose one for me is no better than a towel after a short period of time, the dense one allows me to mold it however I want throughout the night. Wonder if they're consistent with manufacturing.
