I got "very firm" and it's not very firm at all, it's just right though.
I got the loose filled one and my wife got the dense one. I def prefer mine. I can shape it any way I want to depending on how I’m sitting or laying down
You can't with the dense one? The loose one for me is no better than a towel after a short period of time, the dense one allows me to mold it however I want throughout the night. Wonder if they're consistent with manufacturing.
