So we know they preprogram vote switching on a percentage basis (0.75 for Trump) for swing states but what's to say they don't so it more aggressively in blue states?

Who would think to check for a 2 to 1 ratio in blue states? What if these blue states aren't really that blue but they just cheat really hard and we all just shrug because it's a blue state?

Exactly!

This is how they have slowly turned red states into blue states over the years as well.
