I've tried to do the mental gymnastics it takes to give him the benefit of the doubt here, and I just can't. They never even pretended to care about voter fraud, so it's just not likely that he meant to say "anti voter fraud organization.'

This demented brain just blurted the quiet part out loud. I hope he pays for his crimes while he still knows who he is...
