My son is very liberal, and may not be reading any of the evidence we are reading (uncovering!). I would like to at least give him numbers and explanations that he understands which may be convincing to a programmer
OCKHAM'S RAZOR just says that the simplest explanation is the most likely solution.
So, your son thinks there are more simple explanations. Ask him what they are. Then ask him if he thinks that it is likely that the CIA or other groups have rigged elections in the past. Then when he admits that it is likely, ask him what would be the simplest way for them to rig them (software in voting machines should be an option)
If he thinks the simplest explanation is that Biden was more popular, ask him how Trump got 10MM more votes than last election, and beat his 2016 performance almost everywhere while Biden under-performed Hillary in most places. And Only in the large pop centers of 4 swing states did Biden have substantial gains which just happened to be where he needed to win to get over 270.
