Were there any instructions about qualitative things, such as checking signatures? How do you evaluate that? Is it just when it's obvious, or are there cues?
What happens when the ballots are challenged?
Do the other evaluators seem reasonably competent? Are we getting a good heap of ineligible Biden ballots?

There are partisan observers that show up and can object to ballots so that they’re submitted to review. If they show up in small numbers then all of the counting tables cannot be monitored. We have a strong showing in Dane County though.
