I do not like fauci but I would want to read the actual paper. I've seen sources debunking this but I haven't read the paper itself. Not entirely sure masks would cause pneumonia, even if repeated wearing without washing could lead to bacteria growth on/in the mask. Either way, fauci needs to go, the guy is useless (or rather, he does not benefit the American people)
