For those wondering, this press conference doesn't seem to be officially from the Ukraine government but a lawyer (I think) and (real actual honest-to-goodness) journalists doing some digging. At the end the guy on the right mentions the evidence for corruption is there but the main person involved won't go to prison unless the law enforcement in the country is reformed and the current Ukraine President stops acting like a rabbit with his ears over his eyes. (His analogy not mine.)
The Biden family corruption is mostly through shell companies (money laundering), the audio only proves that Joe Biden was friendly with the corrupt dude. (Sorry, don't remember his name, believe he was the Ukraine President at the time.) Biden doesn't admit to any kind of crime (he wasn't talking about transfer of money or anything like that). Biden was probably aware that his conversations were being recorded (duh) and would naturally not talk about something that sensitive over the phone.
He sounded a helluva lot more coherent in that phone call than he is now. The recordings were from 2016, btw.
He (Biden) said Trump was like a dog who caught the bus and didn't know what to do with it. He thought Trump didn't expect to win. :) The transition was taking a long time because Trump's team was basically incompetent. :) :) :) :) :) He also said he wasn't confident the new administration would understand the deal they had going with the him (corrupt dude) thanks to transition team being so slow. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Well, these were 2016 recordings. It seems that Biden thought Trump was a simpleton who stumbled into office out of pure luck. That comment could have been low-key sarcasm coming from Biden, which is why he laughed after saying it. There's also the possibility that Biden thought Trump would be easy to manipulate, perhaps by pandering to his ego ("Everyone will love you, all you've got to do is sell your soul to us.") and getting him on their side. Being on their side might not be referring to the great reset, but simply not getting in the way of their many sordid endeavors happening behind closed doors.
Lastly, hero could be code for something else. Considering the money laundering going on between the corrupt dude and the Biden family, I would not be surprised if they had some key code words when calling on lines they knew were tapped. I have no proof of that, just seems like a smart thing to do when you know people are listening in.
