I sleep on my side and it's the only pillow for my head that doesn't leave my with a neck ache. Prefer other pillows as a hug pillow, but it is awesome.
It is if you sleep better on your side as I do. It's a comfort thing and probably one reason why hotels provide at least 2 pillows per person. I can sleep without one but my shoulder ends up suffering.

I had a couple discs in my neck. And shoulder surgery and I seriously love “my pillow” I switch between them and my temper pedi pillow. By the best one you won’t regret it. I bought mine at Costco.
