Ok, get the lawsuit filed so they can take the stand and blow the lid off this. I can appreciate these things take time, but if this is as big as they claim the court will need time to hear testimony from expert witnesses before they're going to be willing to toss a result. A lot of this is going to require detailed technical knowledge to unpack and if they file last min no judge will be comfortable ruling on it based on affidavits.
